The Christian Fellowship Lady Eagles hitting eye was locked in Thursday night, to say the least. The Lady Eagles rapped out 22 hits on their way to a 13-3 six-inning win over the Heritage Christian Academy Lady Warriors Thursday night.

Christian Fellowship scored in every inning but the bottom of the third in picking up the ten-run win. The Lady Eagles scored two in the first, three in the second, four in the fourth, one in the fifth, and then closed out the game with three in the sixth. All but one Lady Eagle who played in the game had at least one hit.

Trailing 5-1 after two innings, the Lady Warriors looked like they might be ready to make a game of it as they scored a pair of runs in the third to cut the lead to 5-3. Kailyn Johnson drove in both runs with a two-out double.

After setting Christian Fellowship down without a run in the bottom of the inning, it seemed like HCA had all the momentum. But, the Lady Warriors could not generate any offense in the top of the fourth and CFS then essentially put the game away with four runs in the bottom of the inning.

From there the game belonged to the Lady Eagles as they pulled away to get the win.

Madison Warren was 2-3 for the Lady Warriors with a run scored. Kailyn Johnson ended up 1-3 with a double and two RBIs. Payton Outland was 1-3 with a run scored for HCA.
