With the tennis regular season starting to wind its way down, the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers made a strong regional statement Wednesday. Hopkinsville traveled up to Henderson County and came away with an impressive 8-1 win over the Lady Colonels.
Hopkinsville won five of the six singles matches and had a shot at the sweep. The Lady Tigers claimed all three doubles matches, losing just two games in five sets.
