Todd Central Places Third at Hopkinsville Invitational

Xazvion West’s school-record toss in the shot put highlighted Todd County Central’s day at the Hopkinsville Invitational.

West threw 43-feet, 3-inches at the Stadium of Champions to best his own record by nearly a foot.

As a team, Todd Central finished in third place with 82 points – six points behind second-place Bowling Green.

Preston Moore – 3rd in the high jump (5-8); 9th in the 200-meter dash (24.93)

Omarion Riddick – 5th in the 100-meter dash (11.82); 8th in the 200-meter dash (24.85)

Andrew McDonald – 6th in the 110-meter hurdles (22.60)

Fisher Borders – 7th in the 400-meter dash (54.56)

Cameron Wheelock – 8th in the long jump (15-11)

Clay Campbell – 12th in the discus throw (83-6); 16th in the shot put (30-4)

Ricky Woodard – 13th in the shot put (30-8); 13th in the discus throw (80-4)

Ayden Wood – 16th in the 800-meter run (2:34.98)

Joel Villanueva – 17th in the discus throw (71-10); 25th in the shot put (23-1)

B.J. Farlow – 21st in the 400-meter run (1:01.87)

Tanner Robinson – 22nd in the 1600-meter run (5:56.17)

Conner Dulin – 25th in the 1600-meter run (6:21.43)

The 400-meter relay team finished in third place in 45.48 seconds.

The 800-meter relay team finished in fourth place in 1:34.79

The 3200-meter relay team finished in eighth place in 10:34.11.

The 1600-meter relay team also finished in eighth place in 4:12.79.
