With the tennis season winding its way to the regional tournament beginning Monday, the Lyon County tennis teams traveled to Ruff Park Thursday afternoon in sultry conditions to take on University Heights Academy on Senior Day for UHA. The Lyons and Lady Lyons ended up taking both team matches. The Lady Lyons winning 5-1, while the Lyons took the boys match 6-3.
The Lady Lyons won all four singles matches and then took one of the two doubles matches.
On the guys’ side, the Lyons took 4 of the 6 singles matches and then 2 of the 3 doubles matches.
