A senior at Christian County High School is among the players selected to play in a nationally televised all-star game later this summer. The Alliance Fastpitch has announced the 2022 All-Star roster that will compete in the second annual Alliance Fastpitch All-Star Game Powered by Under Armour.
This Alliance All-Star class represents the top athletes in the Class of 2022. Players come from every corner of the country and have all signed to continue their careers at major Division One college softball programs this fall.
Among the players selected in Christian County’s Pickle Winkler, who has signed to play collegiately at the University of Louisville. Winkler finished the regular season batting .490 with 5 home runs and 28 RBIs. She also had 38 stolen bases in 41 attempts.
The 2022 Alliance All-Star Game will be played on the evening of July 24th at 7:00pm ET at Kokomo Municipal Stadium and will be aired live on ESPNU. The 7-inning game will be played prior to the start of the 16U and 18U Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series.
