For the second straight year, HCA’s J.J. Thompson was almost unhittable in the KCAA state baseball championship game. Last year, he gave up one hit the championship game, and this year in the Warriors’ 10-2 win over Cornerstone, Thompson went six innings and gave up only one hit, this one coming in the first inning, as Heritage Christian claimed another title. He spoke about the win with YSE after the game.
