He started the game and the season off with a bang Friday night, and so he gets to be the first Jersey Mike’s “Player of the Game” for the Fort Campbell Falcons this season. Opening night turned out to be quite a night for Amari Waddy.
Amari returned the opening kickoff of the game, and the season, for a 90-yard touchdown giving the Fort Campbell Falcons a lead they would not give up for the rest of the game.
He also caught two touchdown passes, going for a total of 55 yards, in the game for the Falcons.
Amari ended the game with three tackles on defense as well.
