Since the first match of the season, the Todd County Central Lady Rebels have just been rolling through opponents on the volleyball court. That run continued in the second of two matches Saturday as the Lady Rebels swept their way past the Caldwell County Lady Tigers.
Todd Central opened their second match of the day by taking the first set against Caldwell County 25-19.
The second set saw the Lady Tigers push the Lady Rebels, but in the end it would be Todd Central winning the set 25-20 to take a 2-0 lead in the match.
The Lady Rebels then closed the match out strong, claiming the third set 25-14 to complete the 3-0 sweep in the match.
Lynnlee Jones led the attack at the net for the Lady Rebels with 11 kills. Lucy Chester added 10, while Lanie Bivins chipped in with 8. Addileigh Wofford set the table for her team with 29 assists in the match.
Todd Central has now won seven in a row to go to 7-1 on the season. The Lady Rebels have not lost a set since they fell to Logan County in the season opener.
