With the All A Classic coming up this weekend, the Todd County Central Lady Rebels picked up an impressive road win to kickoff the week. The Lady Rebels hit the road to Muhlenberg County and came away with a straight-set win.
Todd Central was rolling coming out of the gate. The Lady Rebels cruised through the opening set 25-16.
The second set was all Lady Rebels, as they took a 25-8 win to go up two sets to none in the match.
Todd Central then closed out a quick night by taking the final set 25-14.
Lucy Chester ruled play at the net. The Lady Rebel senior finished the match with 20 kills in just three sets of action. Lanie Bivins added eight, while Lynnlee Jones had six. Jones added four service aces.
Addileigh Wofford continues to be on of the area’s best setters. She had 28 assists for the match.
With the win, the Lady Rebels improve to 10-2 on the year. They travel to Franklin-Simpson Tuesday night before heading to Richmond this weekend for the All A Classic state tournament.
