Coming off its KCAC state championship over the weekend, there was no letdown for Heritage Christian Academy as they defeated Grace Christian of Owensboro 25-11, 25-4, 25-12 Monday at Warrior Gym.
The win kept HCA, the number one team in this week’s KCAA Power Poll, unbeaten in KCAA play.
Elle Heltsley had 13 kills and two aces for HCA, while Mya Goodwin had 10 aces and 10 assists.
HCA served up 27 aces in the match with Macy Lake, Katie Cansler, and Cora Hale registering four each.
Heritage Christian Academy (18-3) will host Christian County Thursday at Warrior Gym.
