Kentucky Volleyball is on the road Wednesday night as they take on the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens. The No. 20 Wildcats enter the match with a 14-6 overall record (9-2 in Southeastern Conference play) and will put their three game win streak on the line. The Bulldogs, though not ranked, are 17-5 on the season (8-3 in SEC play) with a five game winning streak.
Head coach Craig Skinner’s team is most certainly battle-tested, as they’ve competed against the likes of then-ranked No. 2 Nebraska, No. 3 Louisville, No. 4 Wisconsin, No. 17 Creighton, No. 20 Marquette and No. 24 USC.
Kentucky has lost just one road match this season, with that defeat suffered just under two weeks ago at Texas A&M. Georgia boasts a strong 10-2 home record this season and had a triumphant 3-0 sweep of then-No. 11 Florida on the road two weeks ago.
