Lady Warriors Fall on the Road at Ballard Memorial

Nine Ballard Memorial Lady Bombers reached the scoring column in their 50-15 home win over Heritage Christian Academy Tuesday.

Nevaeh Yates scored 17 points for the Lady Bombers, who improved to 1-1 a day after an 11-point loss to Cairo, Ill. in their season-opener.

Bailey Craft led HCA with seven points and seven rebounds. Hallie Zieg scored four points and pulled down eight rebounds, and Rachel Robson chipped in with four points.

Heritage Christian Academy returns to KCAA play this weekend at the annual tip-off classic in Louisville. HCA entered the week as the No. 4 team in the KCAA Power Poll.
