Baye Fall is a consensus top 20 national player.
Mercer County High School will have one of the nation’s best prep players — and a potential first-round NBA Draft pick in the near future — playing in its gym Feb. 3 and Feb. 4.
The Titans are hosting the first PrepSpin Classic Feb. 3-5.
Originally the event had Ian Jackson, a top five player in the 2024 recruiting class, in the field but after he committed to North Carolina over Kentucky his team opted not to make the trip from New York to Harrodsburg. However, 6-10 Arkansas signee Baye Fall of Accelerated Prep (Colorado) will be in Harrodsburg. Fall was named a McDonald’s All-American earlier this week.
He’s been highly recruited and drew significant interest from Kentucky. He had scholarship offers from Arizona, Auburn, Baylor, Colorado, Georgetown, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Memphis, Minnesota, Morgan State, South Carolina, Texas A&M, UCLA and USC.
He’s an elite shot blocker and is one of the top-rated centers in the 2023 recruiting class and a consensus top 20 player overall.
Fall moved to Colorado from Senegal at age 15.
Fall averaged 17.9 points, 9.9 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game playing with the Colorado Hawks on Adidas’ 3SSB Circuit. He shot 50.3 percent from the field. Fall also led the 2022 NBPA Top 100 Camp in rebounding and scoring.
Assane Diop, Fall’s cousin, is a top 60 player in the 2023 recruiting class and has signed with Colorado. He made a visit to Arkansas with Fall before deciding to stay in Colorado to play his college basketball.
Accelerated Prep will against Dream City Christian (Arizona) at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 3 and take on CHI Prep (Illinois) Feb. 4 at 10:30 a.m.

Admission to the event is $15 per day for adults or $10 for children. Fans will have the option to leave and return as long as they have their ticket/bracelt for re-entry.
