A day after being upended in their opening round game of the KCAC state tournament, the Heritage Christian Academy Lady Warriors rebounded to pick up a win. The Lady Warriors got a balanced team effort as they got past North Hardin Classical 33-31 in the tournament’s consolation bracket.
The Lady Warriors battled through early foul problems and then pushed their way to the win in the second half.
Liana Carr led the effort for the Lady Warriors, finishing the game with 8 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals. The performance earned her a spot on the KCAC All-Tournament Team.
