University Heights and Christian County finally got to play some tennis in decent weather Thursday at Ruff Park. With temperatures in the 60s and a good breeze, the Lady Blazers swept the Lady Colonels in four matches.
Kate Bennett (UHA) defeated Tori Nicholson (CCHS) 6-0, 6-0.
Hannah Jane Holland (UHA) picked up an 8-0 win over Olivia Jones (CCHS).
Rachel Cavanah (UHA) got the 8-0 win over Lacey Paige (CCHS).
In the lone doubles match, Bennett and Holland defeated Nicholson and Jones 6-1, 6-0.
