Playing their fourth game in less than 72 hours with a 500-plus mile drive thrown in for good measure may have caught up to the Todd County Central Rebels. Plague by six errors, the Rebels were handled 11-1 in five innings by the Campbellsville Eagles Tuesday afternoon at the Fort Walton Beach Bash.

The Eagles scored in every at-bat of the five-inning contest. Their eleven runs came on just seven hits. Campbellsville scored three in the first, two in the second, one in the third, two in the fourth, and three more in the bottom of the fifth to close out the game.

Todd County Central (7-3) scored their lone run, thanks to an Eagle error, in the top of the second inning. The Rebels were limited to four hits in the game by Campbellsville pitching.

Nate Reding, Zach Robinson, Jacob Brandon, and Gavyn Nolan had one hit each for the Rebels.

Preston Rager got the start for Todd Central and was charged with the loss. He went three innings, giving up eight runs, only three of them earned, on six hits, striking out two while walking three.

The Rebels will get back to action with a pair of games Saturday, taking on Franklin, Ohio, and Spencer County.
