Haydon Reynolds tied for seventh place at the Bluegrass Golf Tour stop at the Bowling Green Country Club Monday.
The Trigg County High School junior shot 7-over par to finish three shots off the lead. Eli Stamper from Allensville shot 3 over to take the two-shot win.
Reynolds struggled early, with bogey or worse on five of his first nine holes. However, he righted the ship on the back nine with a birdie on No. 11 and six pars to close out with a 1-over 37.
Madisonville’s Paul Harris and Ben Dickerson also tied Reynolds for seventh place and their Maroon teammate Gavin Sheets shot an 8-over to finish in 11th place.
