MeKena Dalke opened the cross country season for Heritage Christian Academy with a top 20 finish at the Christian County season opener Saturday morning
The Lady Warrior freshman finished in 19th place, covering the 3.1-mile course in 25:28.
She was one of two Lady Warriors to run the varsity race. Carmie Baker finished in 70th place for the Lady Warriors.
Fort Campbell seventh grader Emmie Underwood won the varsity race with a time of 19:56.
