The UHA Lady Blazers are headed off to the All A Classic state volleyball tournament with a double-digit winning streak. That streak reached 13 matches Thursday night as the Lady Blazers picked up another straight-set win, this one 25-8, 25-19. and 25-10 over the Christian County Lady Colonels.
It was another match where the Lady Blazers controlled the match from the beginning and throughout.
Julia Thomas led the UHA attack at the net, finishing with 11 kills. Olivia Oakley added 10 kills and Chayse Gilliland had 8 of her own.

Sarah Peebles did her usual job of setting up her fellow Lady Blazers. She finished the night with 34 assists.
Skylar Kirby finished with 5 kills for Christian County. Emma Webster added three. Ashlea Russell finished the night with five assists for the Lady Colonels.
University Heights improves to 16-1 with the win. Additionally, the Lady Blazers have not lost a set since appearing in the Apollo Summer Slam back in mid-August.
The loss drops the Christian County Lady Colonels to 9-5 for the year.
