The Hopkinsville Lady Tiger softball team will have a new head coach when they take to the field next spring. Hopkinsville athletic department officials announced Tuesday that Bill Chaudoin had been selected to be the next head coach for the program.
Chaudoin replaces Tara Toliver who resigned from the position. Toliver had been coach since the 2018 season.
Tolliver has been involved with the Hopkinsville High School softball team and Hopkinsville Middle School softball team going for several years as a volunteer and assistant coach under Toliver.
He has been involved in youth league softball and travel softball since 2005.
