Caldwell County senior Demaurius Thompson led all scorers with 19 points Friday night as the Tigers beat Livingston Central 85-51 on Senior Night at the CAB gym in Princeton.
But Thompson’s best memory of the night will undoubtedly be getting to start with his younger brother Junior Thompson, a seventh grader. Junior made his varsity debut in the contest just so the brothers could be on the floor together one time. (Junior his three straight 3-pointers in the fourth quarter and had nine points in the contest.)
The Tigers will next be in action Tuesday night when they face Dawson Springs in the semifinals of the 7th District tournament in Madisonville.
