Visiting Logan County struck four times in a decisive first half on Tuesday to down the Todd County Central Lady Rebels 5-2 in a 13th-District matchup.
Jazmine Russell started between the posts for the host Lady Rebels, making a pair of saves and allowing four goals before giving way to Haylee Chamberlaine just before halftime. Chamberlaine kept Todd Central within striking distance the rest of the way with seven stops while holding the Lady Cougars to a single goal.
Jaidyn Holland opened the scoring for the Lady Rebels, and Russell shed her gloves and provided an assist for an Anna Ellis goal.
Todd Central slipped to 2-6-1, 1-3 in district play ahead of a visit from Hart County on Thursday. The Lady Rebels have won three of the four all-time meetings with the Lady Raiders, with the last coming in 2019.
Logan County ran its district mark to 3-1 to improve to 5-7 overall.
