Turner Hurst and Bailey Breitrick were named homecoming king and queen Monday night at Lyon County in a ceremony that took place before the Lyons’ home game against Dawson Springs.
The ceremony included senior queen candidates Bailey Breitrick and Austin Spears, Anna White and Turner Hurst, Kyndal Hubbard and John Ryder Bingham, Alice Smith and Peyton Williams, and Jennessa Desrosiers and Eli Baker.
Others in the ceremony were freshman representatives Audrey Akridge and Hudson Phillips, sophomore representatives Nora Lucas and Grady Walker, and junior representatives Carmen Phillips and Sean Weatherspoon, along with crown bearers Adalynn Thomas and Owen Riggs.
Ashanti Holland, the 2024 homecoming queen, was escorted by Jacob Matchen. The 2024 homecoming king, Jack Reddick, appeared in a taped message on the video board.
