The offense of the Full Count Rhythm was too much for the Madisonville Miners in their matchup on Monday evening, and it gave Madisonville their second straight loss.

The Rhythm were able to rack up 22 hits, which was the key factor in them winning the game 11-5.

Travis Kellems made the start on the mound for the Miners, but was only able to go 1.2 innings, as he gave up eight hits and seven runs in the 47 pitches that he threw.

Despite the loss, the team’s offense did not play bad, as they were able to tally up 10 hits. Coulter Hamilton and Justin Early were able to get three hits apiece, and Logan Bailey was able to get two.

The team’s other two hits came from a single from Jackson Grissom and a double off the bat of Noah Berning.

The Miners will be looking to end their losing streak in their next game on Wednesday, June 11, against the Henderson Flash. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. from Park Field in Henderson, KY.
