The Hoptown Hoppers have turned to one of their own to take over as General Manager of the team. The Hoppers announced Thursday morning that Adam West had been appointed to serve as the team’s new General Manager.
West has served for the past three years on the Hoppers’ Board of Directors. In his time on the Board of Directors, West played a key part in enhancing the overall fan and player experience.
In a news release, the team says West’s “understanding of the team’s mission and his strong relationships throughout the region make him uniquely positioned to lead the Hoppers into their next chapter.”
As GM, West will oversee baseball operations, organizational development, and community partnerships.
West will step down from the Board as he takes over as General Manager.
