Down just 26-24 at halftime, the Lady Tigers managed just two field goals over the next 8 minutes as the host Lady Mustangs opened up a 39-28 advantage.
Muhlenberg went on to claim a 50-40 victory.
Senior Izzy Wilkins led all scorers with 23 points for the Lady Mustangs, who evened their season record at 10-10. Freshman Brinly Sparks added 12 points.
