Fort Campbell senior Ryker Kramer has announced a verbal commitment to continue his wrestling career at Wabash College, giving the Falcons’ state medalist the opportunity to continue at one of the more established NCAA Division III programs in the region.
Kramer delivered the Falcons’ best state podium finish in 11 years at the 2026 KHSAA State Wrestling Tournament, placing fourth in the 106-pound weight class. The state tournament also marked a major career milestone: his quarterfinal victory was his 150th win in high school.
As a junior, he placed seventh at 106 pounds at the state tournament, becoming Fort Campbell’s first state medalist since David Nikolao in 2017 and the school’s first medalist at 106 pounds since Louie Regalado in 2014.
Kramer’s commitment sends him to a Wabash College program that competes in NCAA Division III. The Little Giants qualified five wrestlers for the NCAA Division III National Championships in 2025 after posting multiple top-three finishes at the regional tournament.
