Two McLean County pitchers limited the Todd County Central Rebels to just one hit as the Cougars rolled to a 10-0 five-inning win Friday night in Calhoun.

McLean starter Jaelin Groves pitched three innings of hitless baseball and Jayden Taylor pitched the final two innings and gave up just one hit for the Cougars.

McLean County plated three runs in the bottom of the first and then put the game away with seven runs in the bottom of the fourth inning.

The Rebels did not help their cause any with four errors in the field.

Freshman Jacob Jackson had the only hit of the game for the Rebels.

Kody Kemp pitched all four innings for the Rebels. He gave up ten runs, but due to the fielding miscues for Todd County Central, only two of those were earned. He gave up nine hits, struck out two, and walked three.
