Heritage Christian Academy golfer Cruz Egbert tied for 46th place Sunday at the All A Classic State Golf Tournament at Gibson Bay Golf Course in Richmond.
Egbert shot a 10-over-par 82 on the 7,113-yard, par-72 layout.
He opened with a 3-over-39 on the front nine, making six pars. Egbert was even through the first three holes before bogeys at Nos. 4, 8, and 9.
Egbert made the turn with a 39 before shooting a 43 on the back nine. He added pars at Nos. 10 and 17 on his way to the 82.
Waylon Clutts of Hazard won the individual championship with a 4-under 68.
Egbert was one of seven golfers tied for 46th place with an 82.
