Madisonville-North Hopkins golfer Harper Frizzell battled through an injury to complete her round Wednesday at the KHSAA State First Round in Bardstown.
Frizzell was the Lady Maroons’ lone representative at Bardstown Country Club at Maywood.
Starting on the back nine, Frizzell made three pars and shot a 43.
Despite dealing with an injury, she finished her final nine holes with a 49, including two more pars.
Frizzell finished at 92, 20-over par, tying for 58th place.
Cumberland County’s Kenzie Willen posted the day’s low round, shooting a 2-under-par 70.
