
A three game winning streak came to an end Thursday night for the Caldwell County Lady Tigers. The Lady Tigers went on the road to take on the Graves County Lady Eagles in an inter-region matchup.
Graves County took the momentum early and rolled their way to a 7-1 win. Raychel Mathis led the effort for the Lady Eagles, coming up with a hat trick to spearhead the Graves County attack. Four other Graves County players also scored during the match.
The loss drops Caldwell County to 4-5 on the season. They are scheduled to return to action Saturday morning at the Butler Stadium when they host UHA in a 2nd Region battle.
