After an opening night win, the Caldwell County boys’ soccer team suffered a 7-3 loss at Webster County Tuesday night. Senior Mitchell Scott, who tallied five goals in Caldwell’s 8-2 win at Ballard Memorial Monday, scored three more against the Trojans Tuesday.
The Trojans (1-0) beat the Tigers 10-0 last season, after Caldwell came out on top 6-0 in Webster’s first season in 2015.
Caldwell (1-1) next hosts Paducah Tilghman (0-1) on Thursday.
