University Heights Academy eighth grader battled the hills and the fog at the Kentucky Horse Park to finish 110th in the Class 1A State Cross Country Meet in a time of 23:39 over the 3.1-mile course. Her time and place were almost identical to her first meet last year. She says the fog did mess with her strategy some.
