Former UHA Blazer Tray Hollowell scored in double figures Sunday to help lead the Wofford men’s basketball team to its first win of the season Sunday afternoon. Wofford blasted Washington & Lee 103-66 to improve to 1-1 on the season.
Hollowell, a freshman guard, scored 12 points on 5-9 shooting including back to back three’s midway through the second half. Hollowell, who was scoreless in 8 minutes of action in the Terrier’s opener against South Carolina, got his points in only 14 minutes of action on the court. Hollowell added 3 rebounds and one assist.
After two home games in three days, Wofford hits the road for their next contest as the Terriers play California on Thursday, in another Maui Jim Maui Invitational regional game.
