Caldwell County fell to Marshall County 5-1 in a girls’ soccer scrimmage Thursday in Princeton. Caldwell’s lone goal came on a Laney Fletcher penalty kick in the second half. Marshall County led 2-0 at halftime and converted two corner kicks in the second half.
Caldwell County opens their 2018 season August 14 at home against Murray.
