Hopkinsville finished third in a tri-match with Madisonville and Hopkins County Central held Monday at the Madisonville Country Club.
Evan Pyle led the Hoptown golfers with a 41 with James Folz a shot behind with a 42. Will Binkley shot a 48 followed by Calvin Demps (55) and Joey Falco (56).
Madisonville’s Jackson Hill shot a 37 to take medalist honors with Hopkins County Central’s Trae Barber second with a 39.
Hopkins Central won the match with a score of 169 followed by Madisonville (174) and Hopkinsville (186).
The Madisonville Country Club will be hosting the Region Two Tournament Sept. 25.
