Three different players scored a hat trick for Lyon County in their 11-2 win at McLean County Monday. The win pushed the Lady Lyons’ winning streak to seven games – their longest in 11 years.
Rose Smith scored four goals, while Leah Schroeder and Mia Myers each notched a hat trick of their own. Myers also contributed a pair of assists. Sydney Hoffman had the other goal for Lyon County, who has scored 76 goals this year after scoring just 43 all of last year.
Lyon County improved to 9-3 on the season, while McLean County fell to 2-15.
The Lady Lyons return to action Tuesday at Paducah Tilghman.
