Hopkinsville Archery Teams Place Fifth at KHSAA Region Tournament

Hopkinsville’s archery teams both finished in fifth place Saturday at the KHSAA Region 1 Tournament at Henderson County.

Here are the top seven shooters for Hopkinsville on the day:

BOYS
Will Futrell – 8th (286)
Nathan Morris – 20th (283)
Jeremy Leek – 35th (279)
Chandler Neighbors – 36th (279)
Lucas Ballard – 53rd (274)
Joshua Rivera – 57th (273)
Todd McKenzie – 58th (273)

As a team, Hopkinsville finished in fifth place with 1,947 points. Henderson County won the region title with 2,007 points. Hopkins County Central was second.

Gracie Stroh – 18th (281)
Lanie Brumfield – 23rd (280)
Mary Poe – 25th (280)
Shelby Sparks – 37th (275)
Noella Tucker – 43rd (274)
Samantha Cordle – 49th (272)
Rayne Porter – 75th (265)

As a team, Hopkinsville finished in fifth place with 1,927 points. Henderson County won the region title with 2,010 points with Murray second.
