Hopkinsville’s Anna Fort played in her first summer golf event on Wednesday, squeezing in a round in between rain showers in the Go Series Golf Tour at Rolling Hills Country Club in Russellville.
After a 49 on the front nine, Fort shaved two strokes off for a 47 over the final 9 holes to finish with a 96. Logan County’s Abby-Grace Forbes topped the girls’ 13-15 division with an 88.
