Karra Tucker improved three shots on the back nine and finished in third place at Thursday’s Bluegrass Golf Tour stop at the Crosswinds Golf Club in Bowling Green.
The Madisonville freshman shot a 41 on the front nine but rallied for a 38 on the back nine to finish with a 7-over 79.
Glasgow’s Nina McMurtrey shot a 5-over 77 to win the event, one shot ahead of Bowling Green’s Emma Harmon and two shots ahead of Tucker.
