Like the rest of the state, Crista Cummins and her Lyon County girls’ soccer teammates have been limited to conditioning and individual work over the summer. However, as of now, that will change on Monday, with teams able to return to traditional practice ahead of the beginning of the regular season on September 8.
YSE caught up with Cummins at a recent training session to get her thoughts on the upcoming changes.
