Officials at University Heights Academy have released their “Healthy at Sports Reopening Plan for Fall Sports.” The plan was released Thursday afternoon.

The plan includes all spectators, visitors, and student athletes completing a COVID-19 Health Self-Assessment Form and going through a temperature check station upon arrival to competition. No one will be admitted to an event if they are displaying COVID-19 symptoms or fever.

Spectators for volleyball and soccer for Segement 1, which is set to run September 7 through September 18, will be limited to parents, grandparents, and siblings of student athletes. The only students allowed at events during Segment 1 will be those who are siblings of a student athlete.

All spectators will be required to wear a mask upon arrival and during games.

Family members and those who traveled to contests in the same vehicle should sit together, with the group then socially distancing from other family groups.

Officials at UHA have announced that there will be no bleacher seating for soccer.

Additional details in the plan affect student athletes, coaches, concessions, and tickets. The full plan can be seen by CLICKING HERE.
