Emma Talley shot a 2-under-par 70 in the final round of the CME Group Tour Championship on Sunday.
That put her in a tie for 53rd place in the final LPGA Tour event of the 2020 season.
Talley picked up $6,806 for her week’s work in Naples, Florida.
The former Caldwell County High School and University of Alabama standout had three birdies and just one bogey over the final 18 holes while finishing the event at 2-over-par overall.
Jin Young Ko pulled away to win the championship at 18-under-par, topping a pair of players who finished at 13-under.
Talley made $139,617 on the LPGA Tour this year and finished the season 73rd on the official tour money list.
Talley concluded the season ranked 24th on the LPGA Tour in driving accuracy, hitting 78.5 percent of fairways. She was 29th in greens in regulation, hitting 69.44 percent.
But she was 126th in putting average at just under 31 putts per round. Talley was 55th in total birdies with 138.
The LPGA Tour announced this week that the 2021 schedule will feature 34 official events across North America, Europe and Asia, with two new events added to the tournament calendar and players competing for a record $76.45 million in official purses.
The first full-field event of 2021 will be the Gainbridge Championship in Florida Feb. 25-28.
Tour status for all players was frozen in 2020 because of COVID-19, meaning Talley will be playing on the LPGA Tour again next season.
