Lady Falcons Fall in Straight Sets at Madisonville

After picking up its first win of the season last time out, the Fort Campbell volleyball team found things more difficult on Monday at Madisonville-North Hopkins.

The Lady Maroons cruised to a straight-set 25-10, 25-11, 25-8 victory, leaving the Lady Falcons at 1-6 ahead of a visit from Christian County on Tuesday.

After losing only twice in their first nine matches this season, the Lady Maroons had dropped three of four entering Monday night.

Arian Gregory did the dirty work for Madisonville with 21 digs, while Kendrea White led the team with seven kills.  Amya King stuffed the stat sheet with four kills, 22 assists, and six aces.  Brianna Watson finished with five kills and Kaitlyn Orange posted six kills and six digs.

The Lady Maroons hit the road on Tuesday to face the 11-6 Owensboro Lady Devils.
