Former HCA Standout Chelsea Dortch Spotlighted in Sneaker Campaign (w/VIDEO)

A former standout athlete at Heritage Christian Academy is being featured in a marketing campaign for a national sporting goods company. Chelsea Dortch, who lives in Todd County, was recently featured in the “Small Town Sneaker Head” campaign being conducted by Hibbett Sports.

Small Town Sneakerhead is a narrative about sneaker culture told by rural collectors and enthusiasts in their own voice. The episode with Chelsea Dortch was produced by Hibbett, Nike, and Nice Kicks. Chelsea is introduced to the sneaker world as a young lady who got into sneaker collecting as a basketball player at a young age.

Chelsea is currently a pharmacy employee and student at Hopkinsville Community College. During the video, she takes viewers on a tour of Elkton, pointing out some of the places that are special places to her. Viewers also get the chance to visit Chelsea’s home, where she shares a glimpse of her unique sneaker collection and the story behind some of her cherished pairs.

Chelsea played both basketball and soccer at Heritage Christian Academy.
