HCA Blitzes Oak Ridge to Keep KCAA Slate Clean

Heritage Christian Academy stayed unbeaten in KCAA play Saturday with a 25-5, 25-12 road win at Oak Ridge Christian. The win keeps the Lady Warriors on pace for the top seed in next month’s region and state tourneys.

Elle Heltsley had five kills in the opening set, and Lexie Crisp and Bailey Craft each had a pair. Mya Goodwin added 10 assists and two aces in the set, and Bella Peach had four digs.

In the second set, Heltsley and Crisp each had two kills, and Goodwin had four assists. Peach and Tori Sutton both had a pair of digs.

Heritage Christian improves to 19-4 and will play at Christian County Monday.
