The Fort Campbell Falcons had their best performance of the football season this past Friday night as they played the Caverna Colonels tough at Fryar Stadium. Caverna would end up winning the game 20-6 over the Falcons.
For the second week in a row, the Jersey Mike’s “Player of the Game” recognition will go to the Falcons Patrick Hayes. Hayes went over the century mark rushing the ball for the second consecutive contest, rolling up 109 yards on 24 carries. Hayes also had the Falcons’ lone touchdown in the contest.
Over the last two games for the Falcons, Hayes has rushed for 232 yards and two touchdowns.
