Trigg County’s Austin Cavanaugh blazed to a personal record 16:24 to capture his second straight 2A Region 1 cross country title on Saturday.
After catching his breath, Cavanaugh detailed his run and looked ahead to the state meet at the Bourbon County Cross Country course this weekend.
