There were several players that could have been recognized after the season finale for the Fort Campbell Falcons. However, we felt the only way to do justice to what happened on that final night of the 2021 football season was to present the Jersey Mike’s “Player of the Game” to the entire Falcons’ roster and coaching staff.
After losing their entire 2020 season and the beginning of the 2021 season to COVID-19, the Falcons showed heart and character all season long, in some very tough situations, with an extremely young roster.
All of that led to the last game of the season, where the Falcons hosted the Webster County Trojans. Despite falling behind early, the Falcons rallied to take down the Trojans 36-34 for their first win in two seasons.
For their heart, character, and staying with it all season long, we would like to recognize all of the 2021 Falcons.
