After a bit of a slow start in Tuesday night’s season opener at Livingston Central, the Hopkinsville girls’ basketball team used a big second quarter to get some breathing room and held off the Lady Cardinals for a 62-43 victory.
Shiyah Forte scored 11 points for the Lady Tigers, including nine in the 3rd quarter, and afterward, she looked back on the win.
